The abbreviations GCM, DCM, LM and N (normal control pool) denote the four groups under investigation as described in Section 2.2. The numbers denote biological replicates for GCM, DCM and LM, and technical replicate number for N. For example, GCM1 is the first sample in the GCM group. Experiment number also corresponds to run order.
